SEC RES, Alsons Power's second licensed retail electricity supplier, has signed supply agreements with several locator companies inside a special economic zone in Sarangani Province, its core market since launch.
Economic zone locators are frequent RCOA participants given their scale of consumption, and SEC RES's proximity to Sarangani Energy Corporation's own generation gives it a shorter, more direct supply chain than suppliers sourcing power from farther afield.
"Being right next to the plant we supply from isn't just convenient, it's a real reliability advantage for our customers inside the zone," said SEC RES's account management team.
